For years, I watched hardworking entrepreneurs struggle to reach customers, while many talented young Nigerians searched for meaningful opportunities to build a better future. At the same time, I saw too much of the value created within our communities leave the country instead of being reinvested where it could make the greatest difference.

As a Growth Partner, you will build and manage your own local vendor-development operation under the 234Deals Growth Partner program.
What Does a
Growth Partner Do?
How You Earn
Growth Partners build and manage their own local teams of Community Builders. You earn commissions from qualifying vendor subscriptions generated through your team.
You can also continue earning from eligible vendor renewals, giving you the opportunity to build recurring income as your vendor network grows.
Growth Partners are responsible for managing and compensating their Community Builder teams in accordance with the Growth Partner Agreement.
Commission rates, performance requirements, renewal earnings and payment terms will be clearly explained during onboarding and included in the official Growth Partner Agreement.
Growth Partners build and manage their own local teams of Community Builders. You earn commissions from qualifying vendor subscriptions generated through your team.

The Growth Partner role is a performance-based independent business opportunity, not a fixed-salary employment position. Earnings are based on qualifying vendor subscriptions and renewals generated through your approved team, subject to the Growth Partner Agreement.

Previous sales or marketing experience is helpful but not compulsory. Commitment, leadership potential and willingness to learn are essential.
The Leadership Academy
Every approved Growth Partner is required to complete the 234Deals Leadership Academy as part of the onboarding process.
