7. Fees and Payments

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap. A18). The number of arbitrators shall be one. The seat of arbitration shall be Lagos, Nigeria. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.
